Selection criteria:
deviations must be SFW
 accounts must have low-ish stats
 one entry per account
 account must be at least 3 days old
 deviations with obnoxious watermarks are discarded (including the default DA watermark)
 account must have at least 10 deviations and a reasonable variation in content (e.g. 20 photos of the same flower don't count)
