Selection criteria:
:bulletblack: deviations must be SFW
:bulletblack: accounts must have low-ish stats (scales with account age since first submission)
:bulletblack: one entry per account within current issue
:bulletblack: account must be at least 3 days old
:bulletblack: deviations with obnoxious watermarks are discarded (default DA watermark is no exception)
:bulletblack: account must have at least 10 deviations and a reasonable variation in content (e.g. 20 photos of the same flower don't count)
:bulletblack: deviations that raise suspicions towards ownership are discarded
